About AuraSync
One window for your entire client operation.
AuraSync exists because running a small agency or a productized service should not mean duct-taping eight subscriptions together just to get paid. Scheduling in one tab, intake forms in another, contracts in a third, invoices somewhere else, and client files buried in a shared drive — every hand-off is a place for work to stall and for a client to lose confidence.
AuraSync OS replaces that pile with a single, desktop-grade client portal: white-labeled intake, Audit-Trailed Digital Agreements (IP & Timestamp Verified), embedded invoicing with milestone payments, and a pay-to-unlock file vault — so money and files move only when the work is done. That is the whole philosophy: calm surfaces, one window, no glue work.
How your data and money are handled
Per-workspace access control. AuraSync is built on Supabase with row-level security enabled on every table — workspaces, client portals, invoices, workflows, purchases, and activity records all carry owner-scoped policies, so one operator's data is never readable by another workspace.
Encrypted in transit and at rest. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, as described in our Privacy Policy. Vault files live in a private storage bucket with owner-only policies, and downloads are issued as short-lived signed URLs only after payment.
Your payments go to your own Stripe. Client payments run through your own connected Stripe account. AuraSync takes 0% of your client payments — the money lands in your account, minus Stripe's standard processing fees. AuraSync never holds your client funds.
Server-verified purchases. Access to anything bought on AuraSync is granted only by the server-verified Stripe webhook fulfilment path — never by a browser callback — and purchases are recorded against the workspace that owns them.
