The Service

AuraSync provides client portal, intake, digital agreement, invoicing, and file delivery tooling on a subscription basis. Features may evolve, but core portal, agreement, and vault functionality will not be removed from paid plans without 60 days' notice.

Billing & Cancellation

Core OS is billed monthly ($49) or annually ($390) in advance. One-time products (UI Kit, automation packs, turnkey bundles) are billed once at purchase.

You may cancel in 1 click in Settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; annual plans remain active until the end of the paid term. Export all contracts and files in a single ZIP archive anytime, including after cancellation within the retention window.

Platform Fees

AuraSync charges 0% platform transaction fees on client payments you collect through your portal. Standard Stripe processing fees apply and are charged by Stripe under your own Stripe account terms.

Digital Agreements

AuraSync provides Audit-Trailed Digital Agreements (IP & Timestamp Verified). The enforceability of any agreement between you and your client depends on your jurisdiction and the agreement's content; AuraSync does not provide legal advice.

You are responsible for the contracts and clauses you use with your clients.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AuraSync's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. AuraSync is not liable for your client relationships, deliverables, or payment disputes between you and your clients.
